Well what can you say about Nick the computer tech. He has patience, brains and dedication. Just a really nice guy. He's also like a dog with a bone and keeps going until he gets it sorted. We had some really interesting issues that others were not interested in assisting. Nick not only solved the issues but returned our units in a far better condition than we gave to him. He uses his initiative to work out the problems. So far we have recommended Nick to many other people and all have given him glowing commendations. But not only is Nick a brilliant tech but basically he is just a highly competent, nice person who will not rip you off. We highly recommend him and I'm quite happy to give a personal verbal recommendation to anyone. Note: we are definitely not a personal friend of Nick and had never met him until we found him by searching for a computer tech. We are so glad we did find him.

A friend suggested I contact Nicholas as I needed some help with my old computer and a couple of external hard drives - the old computer was no longer working and it was imperative that I retrieve some really important legal documents off the system.

I subsequently contacted Nicholas and was very pleased with what he did and extremely happy that he was able to recover all the legal documents I needed.
